Complaints

The CM is designed to keep track of any complaint made and ensure that warnings and penalties are efficiently given to users in conflict with the SWAN Clubs rules.

Each complaint submitted will be personally evaluated by our support staff and appropriate action taken

In some cases it will take an accumulations of complaints against one specific user before action (warning or suspension) is taken

Only in severe cases might you receive feedback on the procedural action taken against
