A ticket or pass gives you entry to the tournament it is valid for.
The ACBL regular club game tickets and pass should be purchased ahead of game time.
You will need a valid ticket at the time of registration to be able to sign up for the tournament and a valid ticket to be able to enter the ACBL tournament room.
Ticketing:
You are charged a ticket for playing in the tournament once you have made a bid(subs excluded) The ticket will be deducted from the
players account shortly after the tournament has started.
Disconnection:
SWAN is not responsible for the individual connections of the players,
however no players will be charged if the tournament is not finished.
In the event a player is disconnected: After 3 minutes a sub may be placed in the seat of the disconnected player to finish the bidding or play of the current
hand.
The player will be seated by next hand in the event the player has returned.
If a player has been missing for more than 3 boards, that player looses the right to be re-seated in that tournament.
Sub and Specs:
If you wish to spectate or sub in a tournament, then open a chat to the director.
The director can issue an access pass to the
room to sub or spectate. This will happen at the directors discretion. Please accept that the director may be engaged in the care of the tournament and unable to attend to you right away.
