Using the SWAN Games Bridge software |

It's a good idea to spend a few minutes on our Online Tutorial to get familiar with the software. |

In the lobby screen that first appears when you log on, you can select the 'Helpdesk' Tab and you will find an index of instructions.
Below that, an online Help chat box, where you can get additional help. To access the helpdesk from this web browser, just click below |

Creating an additional user name |
|
|
|
1) Click on settings top left
2) delete all information in Password and Username field and click Save Settings
3) Reopen SWAN by clicking on the swan icon on your desk top.
4) Select " I am a new User" and enter the new name and password you would like to use. |

Downloading and installing software |
|
|
|
Make sure you have the current version of the software installed. When you open the client, click on "Help" and "About BridgeClient"
and you'll see the version you have installed. If your version is not the latest, then <Click Here>
to download new software.
If you have problem installing, open START in windows taskbar. Click on Find Files or Folder in named write SWANBridge222.exe Look in C: and click find now. Double click on the files that now appears in the Find box
and SWAN will begin installing. |
