To file a complaint

Log in to SWAN and click on the Complaints button in the Lobby/Home page
Select the category your complaint fits under and submit.

The CM is designed to keep track of any complaint made and ensure that warnings and penalties are efficiently given to users in conflict with the SWAN Clubs rules.
